kidneyneeds not liable for any delay in delivery by the delivery partner and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to delivery partner within 5 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. kidneyneeds is in no way responsible for any damage / misplaced to the order while in transit to the buyer. We ship on all week days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
