Delivery

• Standard Delivery is 3 working days (excludingweekends/bank, public, mercantile, holidays / and any other special holidays declared by the government).
• Orders placed after 5 PM, will be carried forward to the immediate next working day.
• Special Delivery can be arranged in emergencies with a premium fee.

16. Events Beyond Our Control

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

Return Not applicable in any of the following cases

• Repair due to misuse (Surgicals, devices, and Instruments).
• If the product is not used as per its usage specifications.
• If the product has failed under certain conditions/types.
• The original serial number is removed, obliterated, or altered.
• Defects due to causes beyond control like lightning.
• Opened and started using.

Medicine Delivery Policy

• Valid doctor’s prescription is mandatory for all medicine orders. You may be requested to upload a scanned copy of the prescription on the kidneyneeds.com site;
• You agree that the prescription uploaded by you will be examined by a registered pharmacist where applicable or necessary under law, and your order shall be considered confirmed only after the prescription is accepted by the Pharmacist;
• You agree and consent to the particulars of your prescription will be recorded by kidneyneeds.com
• MNHN Pvt Ltd will have a right to reject your Ordereither fully or partiallyin case it is found that the prescription shared by you is not as per the relevant applicable statutory requirements and the same shall be informed to you through various communication channels.
• We are providing complete details regarding your medicines and dosage with our clinical pharmacist.

Diagnostic Service Policy

• Prior appointment is needed for all types of Laboratory Tests.
• Once the Tests are booked by the customer with the necessary details, we will coordinate with suitable and nearby laboratories and arrange for a phlebotomist.
• The Phlebotomist will reach the customer’s residency at the earliest.
• The phlebotomist will not ask money for to take samples. You have the right to make a complaint if a phlebotomist asks for money.
• You agree thatproviding incorrect addresses or contact details will create delays or miscommunications.
• You agree that you can download your reports only through login with the correct credentials in which you have ordered tests.

Counselling Service Policy

• Prior appointment is needed for any type of Counselling.
• Through your login page you can book for counselling.
• Health-relatedcounseling done by experienced medical experts.
• Diet Counselling is done by experienced dieticians.
• Customers have the right to ask any type of relevant doubts to the experts.
• You agree that you should attend the counseling session at the time allotted by the experts. If not, the session will be canceled and you must book a slot again.

Educational Service Policy

• Awareness Education on Blood Pressure Monitoring, Blood Sugar, Haemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and Nephrotic Syndrome charting are delivered by experts.
• You are not needed to pay to watch these sessions.
• You can download the various charts free of cost.
• You are strictly prohibited from using the education materials/ documentsin breach of copyright.

Governing law and Jurisdiction

The use of the kidneyneeds.comsite and the contract between you and MNHN Pvt Ltd shall be governed by the laws applicable in India, without regard to the conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to the use of our Services will be only resolved exclusively in the Courts at Uttarakhand, India but not in any other Court.
